Christopher grew up in New Jersey and moved to the Lehigh Valley with his family. Christopher began his education with a background of anthropology, before finding his calling helping others. Christopher began as a behavioral assistant in New Jersey working with children and adolescents, along with their families. After moving to Pennsylvania, Christopher worked in a middle school partial hospitalization program as he obtained his Master's in clinical mental health counseling from Kutztown University. Christopher then worked in an adult partial hospitalization program working with clients with substance use, anxiety, depression, self esteem bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, along with families and couples. Christopher uses multiple modalities and interventions in his practice including his main orientation of cognitive behavioral therapy. However Christopher also uses acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and solution focused.
Christopher has been in the field for over 10 years and enjoys bringing his authentic self to each session to connect with clients, explore their challenges, and find the best way to help them reach their goals.
When not working with clients, Christopher enjoys video games, spending time with his family, being outdoors, painting, and soap making.
